The technology of using surface nanocomposite technology to prepare a new type of wear-resistant and anti-friction composite coating sewing machine has been successfully developed recently. The performance and organizational structure of the sewing machine surface before and after the heat treatment of the above-mentioned nanocomposite coating were studied. The results showed that the hardness and wear resistance of the sewing machine surface were significantly improved compared with the Ni-P coating. Especially after heat treatment, the Ni-P/SiC composite coating The hardness can reach HV1206, and the wear resistance is significantly improved. In addition, the introduction of nanoparticles such as Al2O3 significantly reduces the crystallization temperature of the Ni-P/Al2O3 composite coating. Experiments were conducted on a prototype bench and proved that the composite coating prepared by the above method indeed improves the wear resistance and friction reduction performance and service life of sewing machine parts, and has the characteristics of low noise and low energy consumption. Some research results have shown that my country's sewing machine technology has reached a new level. After testing by user units, the performance of self-lubricating coating materials has reached the use requirements of similar foreign products.


This project uses a synergistic composite technology of self-lubricating particles and ceramic particles to maximize the wear resistance and friction reduction performance of sewing machine parts. Compared with traditional physical metallurgical methods, this sewing machine technology has the advantages of low preparation temperature and nanoparticles in the It has the advantages of being easy to disperse in the plating solution. At the same time, the required equipment is simple and easy to operate, which greatly reduces production costs. The implementation and commissioning of this project can solve the friction and wear problem of key parts of sewing machine equipment. In particular, it provides key oil-free lubrication technology for the development of oil-free lubrication sewing machine equipment, achieving a leap forward in domestic sewing machine technology and equipment, and at the same time improving It has improved the overall technical level of my country's sewing machine equipment and enhanced its export competitiveness.
